The Mission
Role Overview
Designed specifically for high-potential engineering freshers and Bytecode Trainings graduates. You will be paired 1:1 with a Senior Staff Engineer, working on production codebases from Day 1 rather than hypothetical playground apps. Successful apprentices transition into full-time Software Engineers at the end of the 6-month track.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Write and test real production features across Next.js frontend and Node/PostgreSQL backends.
- Implement bug fixes, write unit and end-to-end tests, and improve component documentation.
- Participate in daily engineering standups, architectural retrospectives, and pair-programming sessions.
- Learn and apply best practices in clean architecture, database migrations, and Git workflows.
What We Look For
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundations in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
- Good command over JavaScript/TypeScript, React fundamentals, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and relational databases.
- High curiosity, strong communication, and eagerness to receive constructive code feedback.
- Recent graduate or Bytecode Trainings alumni with strong capstone project proofs.

Nice to Have
- Personal portfolio projects or live deployed apps on Vercel/Netlify.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Git CLI.
