We are looking for a UI/UX-obsessed Frontend Developer who treats typography, micro-interactions, layout rhythm, and rendering speed as sacred. You will bridge the gap between creative design systems and engineering execution, building stunning digital surfaces that wow enterprise clients at first glance.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Implement design system components in React and Tailwind CSS matching Figma specs down to the pixel.
- Craft silky 60fps micro-animations, layout transitions, and interactive telemetry widgets using Framer Motion and CSS primitives.
- Audit and optimize web performance, achieving 95+ scores across all Google Lighthouse metrics and Core Web Vitals.
- Ensure comprehensive keyboard accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and multi-screen responsive perfection across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Build reusable component libraries and documentation for shared design tokens.
What We Look For
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven frontend engineering experience building sleek React / Next.js web applications.
- Mastery of modern CSS, Tailwind CSS, flexbox, grid, CSS custom properties, and responsive design techniques.
- Strong proficiency with Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design token export).
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and component lifecycle management.
- A portfolio or live URLs demonstrating exceptional attention to visual polish and typography.
Bonus Points
Nice to Have
- Experience with SVG animation, Canvas, or Three.js/WebGL visual experiments.
- Understanding of Server Components and streaming SSR rendering in Next.js.
